Where do you ship to?

We offer worldwide delivery, your order can be sent to an address selected by you (home or work, etc).

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping is free for orders over 32€. The shipping fee under 32€ is 4.9€.

 

What payment method can I use to make my order?

We offer the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa , PayPal and Shopify Payments.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

The shipping options may vary depending on the region where you live and what time you make your purchase. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Posters are wrapped in rice paper and shipped in a postal tube or box.

Europe - Shipping to Europe take 5-8 working days.

USA & Canada - Shipping to USA and Canada can take 7 to 28 working days.

Rest of World - Shipping to other international destinations can take 7 to 28 working days.

 

Can I check the status of my order?

No, the posters are shipped untracked.

 

I did not receive my order, what do I do?

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days after the order, contact your nearest local post to see if there is any delivery waiting on your name.
If the poster is still missing, contact us on info@projectnord.com so we can reship your order or refund you.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our production facility, please contact us as soon as possible through e-mail at info@projectnord.com. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as it is one of our top priorities to get the product delivered as soon as possible. If the poster left the production facility, we can not refund.

 

Can I change my address?

In case you added a wrong address or wish to change it, please contact us as soon as possible through e-mail at info@projectnord.com. If the order is not shipped yet we can cancel your order and you have to place a new one with the new address. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as it is one of our top priorities to get the product delivered as soon as possible. If the poster left the production facility to the wrong address, we can not refound.

 

What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation?

If you submitted an order with us but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at info@projectnord.com to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
