1. Which countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide delivery, your order can be sent to an address selected by you (home or work, etc)

2. Why have I not received an order confirmation by e-mail?

No confirmation email yet? Don't panic. Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes sadly land in the "promotions" or spam folder. Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received one, email "ino@projectnord.com" and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email. Sorry for the inconvenience.

3. How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?

On the checkout page, there is an option to "Enter Discount Code".
Simply enter your voucher or discount code and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.

4. Do you have an active discount code?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter on the bottom of the page and you will be rewarded with a 10% discount code. 

6. Can I change my order?

If you have created an account with us you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at info@projectnord.com. In case the poster has been already printed, we can not change it. 

7. My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?

In case you added a wrong address or wish to change it, please contact us as soon as possible through e-mail at ino@projectnord.com. If the order is not shipped yet we can cancel your order and you have to place a new one with the core the address. Unfortunately, it's impossible to send to a different address once the order has already been shipped. We suggest contacting your postal courier directly if this is the case.

8. I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?

If you receive your package and it doesn't contain what you have ordered, please contact our support team at info@projectnord.com.
We promise that we will do everything we can to make sure that you get the correct product as soon as possible.

9. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our production facility, please contact us as soon as possible through e-mail at info@projectnord.com. 
Yes, you can cancel your order by logging into your account on our website.

However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Which countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide delivery, your order can be sent to an address selected by you (home or work, etc)

2. How long does shipping take?

The shipping options may vary depending on the region where you live and what time you make your purchase. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Posters are wrapped in rice paper and shipped in a postal tube or box.

Europe - Shipping to Europe take 5-8 working days.

USA & Canada - Shipping to USA and Canada can take 7 to 28 working days.

Rest of World - Shipping to other international destinations can take 7 to 28 working days.

3. How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping is free for orders over 32€. The shipping fee under 32€ is 4.9€.

4. What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days after the order, contact your nearest local post to see if there is any delivery waiting on your name.If the poster is still missing, contact us on info@projectnord.com so we can reship your order or refund you.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

2. Have you received my return?

Processing your return usually takes a few days.
However, we will send you an email update as soon as we have received and checked your returned product(s).
