We offer worldwide delivery; your order can be sent to an address selected by you.
Our products are ready to be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note, the processing time could be a bit longer if you order a frame as well.

The delivery cost €5.90. We offer free shipping for orders over €32.00.
Yes. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it.

No, there are no extra fees.
RETURN AND REFUND
You can return the item within 30 days if you do not like it. In this case, please contact us at info@projectnord.com; we would like to hear more about why you are not satisfied with our product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we start processing your refund. It should take no more than 48 hours to get your money back. You will also receive an email once we handled the refund.

However, we cannot change your order after we have processed it.
No confirmation email yet? Don't panic. Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent, or sometimes sadly land in the promotions or spam folder.

In case you added a wrong address or wish to change it, please contact us as soon as possible through email at info@projectnord.com. If the order is not shipped yet, we can cancel your order, and you have to place a new one with the correct address.
Unfortunately, it's impossible to send the package to a different address once the order has already been shipped. We suggest contacting your postal courier directly if this is the case.
