Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide delivery.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping is free for orders over €32. The shipping fee under €32 is €5.90.
What payment method can I use to make my order?
We offer the following payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, PayPal and Shopify Payments.
How long will it take to get my order?
The shipping options may vary depending on the region where you live and what time you make your purchase. We ship the orders within 2-3 business days. Posters are wrapped in rice paper and shipped in a postal box/tube or a flat package (depending on the size you ordered).
Shipping usually takes around 5-7 working days. Please, note that shipping also depends on your local postal service (for example, how long the postal system in your country holds an item at customs for inspection). However, we are unable to take responsibility for any delays.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, you can. When we ship your package, we will send you an email with the tracking code.
I did not receive my order; what do I do?
If you haven't received your order within 14 business days after you placed the order, contact your nearest local post to see if there is any delivery waiting on your name.
If the poster is still missing, contact us on hello@projectnord.com so we can reship your order or refund you.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.
Can I change my address?
In case you added a wrong address or wish to change it, please contact us as soon as possible through email at hello@projectnord.com. If the order is not shipped yet, we can cancel your order, and you have to place a new one with the new address. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as it is one of our top priorities to get the product delivered as soon as possible. If the package left the production facility to the wrong address, we could not offer a refund.
What if I didn't receive an order confirmation?
If you submitted an order with us but didn't receive order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us at hello@projectnord.com to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
Poster and frame
We can only ship a frame together with a poster. It's not possible to order a frame without a poster. Thank you for understanding!
